Tim has over 20 years of experience working with clients in the public sector and is the leader of our Government Consulting Group.  He has consulted in the areas of strategic business and technology planning, system planning and design, project planning, project management oversight, independent verification and validation, and system implementations.

Tim has provided project leadership for Medicaid/MMIS projects since 1999, including MMIS re-procurements, MITA State Self-Assessments, IV&V/quality assurance oversight engagements, State Medicaid Health IT Planning, and healthcare reform consulting initiatives.
