FROM THE SOUTH:

Take I-95 North to exit 44, I-295, to Portland. Take exit 7, Franklin Street. Stay on Franklin Street, up the hill, through four sets of lights. At the 5th set, the intersection of Franklin and Middle Street, turn right. The building is immediately on your left, 100 Middle Street.

FROM THE NORTH:

Take I-95 South to I-295 South (not the Maine turnpike). Take exit 7 off I-295 for Franklin Street. Stay on Franklin Street, up the hill, through four sets of lights. At the 5th set, the intersection of Franklin and Middle Street, turn right. The building is immediately on your left, 100 Middle Street.

If you have made arrangements for client parking, the lot is through the gate at the far right end of the building. (You will see the drive-through where you will enter a code to the punch pad). Otherwise, drive past the building and turn left at the first set of lights, Pearl Street. The garage is on the left. You may have your ticked validated at the office.
